Last week the whole school went to the hall to see Dylan Elise and he was on the stage. He did tricks and it was cool. Then he was playing the drums. There was a screen of him playing the drums. Later he threw the drum sticks and then he put it on his arm and it was awesome. Later he played with the brushes and after he played the hi-hat. Then his sister came and her name was Hannah. She was playing a base guitar. Then the teachers were dancing.

More Fabulous Achievements in Room 6
Hannah takes great pride in the presentation of all her work. It looks awesome. Abby gets up and 5 a.m. to read and that might be why she is zooming up the reading rocket, so is Ashton. Joseph is a super responsible sports monitor and Jackson has been sharing his expert knowledge of comic life and patiently teaching others how to use it. Amelia got two certificates, one was for being the top ASB banker in our school and the other was for improvement in reading. Jack had two as well. One was for reading and the other was for his fantastic singing when we do the National Anthem in assembly. He is a proud kiwi. Keep up the awesome work room 6.

Math's Week 8-12 August
The website is http://www.mathsweek.org.nz Our username is room6waiuku. The children know the password. I can't put it up on this blog. If they get asked for a level they need to select level 1 or sometimes it will say level 1/2 Some of the games are too hard to do. I recommend
the daily challenges, Balancing Act and Raining Money for a start.
